Pick an object or a set, then the finish, texture, setting and upholstery. Send your order request: it is free and not yet binding.
We confirm the details
Within two working days we check the specification with you, confirm the final price, lead time and delivery, and send a proforma invoice.
Deposit starts production
You pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer directly to our company account. Your piece is made by hand, only for you.
Final payment and delivery
We send photos of the finished piece. After the remaining 50%, it is crated and delivered to your door.
Payment directly to our bank account
For sums of this size, we use a bank transfer straight to the account of Artisan Aleks Company, the company behind DARALTUS. No card fees, no intermediaries, full documentation. You pay a 50% deposit after you approve the proforma invoice, and 50% before delivery.
Your money is safe
You receive a proforma invoice in the company name, a written specification and progress photos. Nothing is paid before you approve the details.
Why is there no card payment?
Our objects are made individually and cost thousands of euros. A bank transfer directly to our company account is the safest and most transparent way: no card fees, no intermediaries, a proforma and a VAT invoice in the company name.
What does the deposit cover?
The 50% deposit reserves your production slot and covers materials and the sculpting work. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before it is crated and shipped. We send you photos first.
Are the prices final?
The prices shown are starting prices for the standard size and specification, excluding VAT and delivery. Your final price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
How long does it take?
Most objects take 6 to 14 weeks after the deposit, depending on size and quantity. Sets and bespoke work are scheduled individually.
Where do you deliver?
Across Europe and worldwide. Every piece is crated and insured. Delivery is quoted for your address; installation can be arranged.
Can I change the size or colour?
Yes. Every object can be adapted in size, colour, texture and upholstery. Different colours can be matched to your sample.
Indoor or outdoor?
MONOLITH objects can live indoors and outdoors. Outdoor pieces receive UV-stable pigments, protective sealing and drainage details.
Can I return a piece?
Each object is made to your specification, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply. That is why we confirm every detail with you in writing before production starts. Your statutory rights for defects are not affected.
How do I care for it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Outdoor pieces benefit from a fresh protective coat every two to three years; we send care instructions with every object.
