Details
Layered sandstone slabs rise in an irregular tower, water slipping across the ochre, cream and rust bands and over the chiselled edges. Carved from one block and made by hand to order, it darkens and deepens in colour as it wets. In a garden or courtyard, it adds sound and movement to a still material.
